Product support allows us to provide you advanced help with usage of the software (e.g. Helping with fixing data problems or training on the software). If your product support sessions included with your subscription have all been used and you would like additional product support, you must purchase this as a separate product. The current rate for product support is $12.50 per 15 minutes.
